| 抄録 | 【目的】本研究の目的は、産業看護職自身が考える事業場での救急対応に産業看護職がかかわる強みから、事業場で看護職が救急対応に携わる意義について検討することである。【方法】事業場で働く産業看護職10名に、半構造的インタビューを実施した。インタビュー内容は産業看護職が救急対応にかかわることの強みについてであった。インタビュー結果を意味内容の類似性に従ってサブカテゴリーを抽出し、さらにカテゴリーに集約した。【結果】インタビュー結果から、４カテゴリー【適切な救急処置の実施】【救急医療体制の構築】【救急対応時の緊迫した状況で安心できる存在】【専門職としての責任感】と14サブカテゴリーが生成された。【考察・結語】産業看護職は事業場の特性をふまえた救急看護を実践し、責任を持って傷病者を含めた従業員に対するケアを行っていることを強みとして認識していることが示唆された。 |

| abstract | 【Objectives】In this study, we aim to identify what occupational health nurses consider as advantages of their involvement in emergency response at the workplace and examine the significance. 【Methods】We conducted semi-structured interviews with 10 occupational health nurses on duty. During the interviews, the participants were asked about the advantages of their involvement in emergency response at the workplace. Subcategories were extracted from their responses according to the similarity in semantic content and were consolidated into categories. 【Results】A total of 14 subcategories and the following four categories were generated from the interview results: [Providing appropriate emergency care], [establishing an emergency medical care system], [persons reliable in a high-stress situation during emergency response], and [responsibility as a profession]. 【Dissuasion and Conclusions】These results suggested that practicing appropriate emergency nursing in accordance with the characteristics of the workplace and providing the necessary care to employees such as sick and wounded individuals to fulfill their responsibility are perceived as advantages by occupational health nurses. |
